Special Event Station GB10GKA Portishead Radio

I had an e-mail from Tony G3ZRJ out lining the GB10GKA activtion to commemorate 10 years since Portishead radio was closed and if possible to involve the G6PZ station. I was more than happy to accomodate this request and be associated with GB10GKA.

RSGB IOTA Contest 26/27 July 08
Icom UK are visiting us for IOTA to officially hand over the IC7700 tranceivers and to take some film of us during the contest. We look forward to meeting them and having a great contest weekend.

GB7HQ, 2008 IARU Contest 12/13 July

QRV in Russian DX
The G6PZ Contest Group will be on-air this coming weekend in the Russian DX Contest. The contest starts 1200Z on Saturday and finishes 1200Z Sunday and we will be competing in the multi-op single transmitter category.
Operators will be G6PZ, 2E0CVN, M0CLW and M0DXR.
